What You ll Do: - Provide outpatient OB-GYN clinic care for women of all ages
- Manage overnight and weekend call coverage, including labor and delivery responsibilities
- Perform in-house lab tests, ultrasounds, and non-stress testing (NST) onsite
- Monitor fetal heart rate using established fetal monitoring protocols
- Collaborate with NP staff to support patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Follow all protocols and maintain high standards of women's health care
What You Need: - Active Arkansas medical license and board certification in OB-GYN
- PALS certification and fetal monitoring certification required
- Minimum of 2+ years of OB-GYN practice experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
