About Us
Greeley County Health Services is a progressive, modern rural healthcare system serving five counties. Our system includes:
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- 16-Bed Long Term Care Unit
- Two rural health clinics in Tribune & Sharon Springs
- Recently renovated facility with advanced technology
- Supportive tenure team of physicians, mid-level providers, nursing staff
The Opportunity
As a Family Medicine Physician, you ll practice the full spectrum of rural care across clinic, ER, Inpatient, and Swing Bed Settings.
- 4-day clinic week ( patients/day)
- Travel between Tribune and Sharon Springs Clinics as needed
- Emergency Department sees roughly four (4) patients per day
- Inpatient census: 2 4/day
- Perform procedures like line placement, intubation, and critical care stabilization
- EMR: Lunar Health
- Collaborative care with General Surgery, Pain Management, HemOnc, and more
- Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and APPs
What We re Looking For
Family Medicine Physician (KS license required; CO license ideal)
BE/BC
Open to new grads and experienced physicians
Strong interest in rural critical access care
Team-oriented, community-minded, and willing to jump-in where needed
ACLS, ATLS, PALS - Required

$330K + Sign-on Bonus
