Family Medicine Physician - Fosston, MNPermanent, Full-Time OpportunityNo OB RequiredGenerous Referral Fees AvailableClinical Role & Schedule

FTE:
- 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours/week
- 32 patient contact hours/week if including inpatient work
Clinic Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday Walk-in: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Average Clinic Volume: 18-20 patients/day
Average Procedures: 1-2 per day
Call Schedule:
- Primary Call: 3-4 days/month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)
- Back-Up Call: 8-10 days/month (support for ED provider)

Inpatient & ED

Inpatient Rounding:
- 50-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Average census: 8
- Covered by local physician teams
ED Volume: 8-12 patients/24-hour shift
Connected Campus: Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus

Location & Outreach

Home Base: Fosston, MN
Potential Outreach: Oklee & Bagley clinics
Nearby Cities:
- 40 mins to Bemidji
- 1 hr to Grand Forks
- 3 hrs to Winnipeg
