Position: Family Medicine Physician

Location: Melissa Memorial Hospital, Holyoke, CO
Schedule: 4-5 Days/Week, Flexible Admin Day
Compensation: $300,000 base salary, + Sign-On, Housing, Relocation
- $1,000 stipends per month for each of the following leadership responsibilities:
- Chief Medical Officer
- MedSurg
- RHC
- ED
- Trauma
- Assistant Chief of Staff

Qualifications: - MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Colorado Medicine Licensure
- BLS and ACLS
- Current DEA
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
