- Work in the Cath Lab of a 104-bed community hospital
- Day shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (5x8s)
- Staff are required to remain until all procedures are complete each day, Monday through Friday
- No after-hours or weekend call requirements
- No weekend work required
- Patient ratio is 1:1
- Charting performed in Meditech
- May float to inpatient units or pre/post areas for task-only duties when Cath Lab volumes are low
- No parking costsRequirements
- Active IN or compact RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Prior Cath Lab experience required
- Community hospital experience required
- Proficiency in circulating, conscious sedation, and telemetry monitoringAdditional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply, provided they have Cath Lab experience
- Navy scrubs are provided by the facility
- Candidates must submit all time-off or scheduling requests at the time of initial consideration
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
- A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
- Candidates who were directly employed by the facility within the past 12 months are not eligible without prior written approval
