Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a well-established outpatient clinic serving employees and their dependents (ages 2+). This role focuses on preventative care, chronic disease management, and wellness, offering a collaborative and low-volume setting that prioritizes quality patient care.
Schedule - Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Lunch: 2:00 2:30 PM)
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12 30 PM)
- Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
Clinical Responsibilities - Conduct routine physical exams, screenings, and health assessments
- Provide preventative care and wellness services
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic conditions
- Deliver diabetes management (required)
- Perform well-woman exams
- Address minor behavioral health concerns
- Educate patients on treatment plans and preventative health
- Collaborate with clinical staff (2 providers + 3 MAs)
- Document care in Athena EMR
Practice Highlights - Average patient volume: 8 10 patients per day
- Outpatient-only, employer-sponsored clinic model

Requirements - MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
- Active Maryland medical license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of physician experience
- Recent primary care experience (within last 2 years)
- Experience managing chronic conditions and diabetes
- Ability to perform well-woman exams
Preferred:
- DOT certification
- Experience with Athena EMR
- Local candidates
Additional Details - Credentialing timeline: 2 3 weeks
- Orientation: 4-hour shadow shift prior to start
