POSITION SUMMARY
The organization seeks a Urology physician to join a multidisciplinary team providing inpatient and outpatient urologic care. The role includes clinic visits, operative management, and participation in a structured call rotation. The position offers access to in office procedural resources, diagnostic equipment, and support from experienced clinical staff. Teaching opportunities are available for those interested in educational involvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Urology.
• Residency training in Urology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Ability to manage adult urologic conditions in clinic and operative settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating a broad range of urologic conditions.
• Ability to perform outpatient procedures using available diagnostic tools.
• Capacity to collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Effective participation in shared call responsibilities.
• Proficiency using industry standard EMR systems.
