What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and clinic settings
- Join an established team of 12 physicians, 8 APPs, and multidisciplinary support staff
- Conduct outreach clinics approximately six days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, CO (2-3 hours travel each way)
- Collaborate with the Colorado Springs-based cancer care team for coordinated patient management
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
- Support high-quality, equitable cancer care for underserved populations
- Contribute to a physician-led, innovative, collaborative environment
What You Need
Required: - Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Willingness to travel approximately 6 days per month for outreach clinics
- Passion for rural medicine and patient-centered care
Preferred: - Experience in outpatient oncology and rural outreach settings
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
