POSITION SUMMARY
The organization seeks a Family Medicine physician to join a multidisciplinary team providing inpatient and outpatient care within an established clinical setting. The role includes managing a broad range of primary care needs, supported by advanced practice providers and clinical staff. The position offers flexible weekday scheduling and access to modern clinical technology designed to streamline documentation and enhance patient flow. Surgical obstetrics experience is preferred but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine.
• Residency training in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Ability to provide inpatient and outpatient primary care.
• Interest or experience in surgical obstetrics may be beneficial.
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in evaluating and managing common adult and pediatric conditions.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Capacity to deliver patient centered care across multiple settings.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency using industry standard EMR systems.
WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
