Schedule & Practice Model
Cases typically begin between 6:00 7:00 AM
Most days conclude by 12:00 1:00 PM
Fully independent, office-based anesthesia model (no ASC or hospital work)
Clinical Setup
Providers bring and manage their own anesthesia equipment
Monthly replenishment via Group-provided drug and supply kits
Select locations include Dental Anesthesia Assistants (site-specific; details reviewed during screening)
Malpractice Coverage W2 Provider
Covered under Group-sponsored policy (PPM)
Claims-made policy, with premiums fully covered by Group
Standard limits: $1M / $3M
Tail coverage: Not included by default
Optional Perma-tail available through PPM (converts to occurrence-based)
If selected, provider is responsible for 6% premium increase
