What You ll Do
  • Provide expert hematology and oncology care in outpatient clinics and affiliated settings
  • Join a dedicated team of 12 physicians and 8 APPs with multidisciplinary support staff
  • Conduct outreach clinics approximately 6 days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, supporting rural populations (2-3 hours from Colorado Springs)
  • Collaborate closely with the regional cancer center team for coordinated patient management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
  • Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and care planning
  • Share limited on-call responsibilities within the practice

What You Need
Required:
  • Active medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Willingness to travel for outreach clinics (up to 6 days/month)
  • Passion for rural medicine and underserved populations

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in outpatient hematology-oncology practice
  • Strong collaborative skills and commitment to equitable care
