What You ll Do - Provide expert hematology and oncology care in outpatient clinics and affiliated settings
- Join a dedicated team of 12 physicians and 8 APPs with multidisciplinary support staff
- Conduct outreach clinics approximately 6 days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, supporting rural populations (2-3 hours from Colorado Springs)
- Collaborate closely with the regional cancer center team for coordinated patient management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
- Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and care planning
- Share limited on-call responsibilities within the practice
What You NeedRequired: - Active medical license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Willingness to travel for outreach clinics (up to 6 days/month)
- Passion for rural medicine and underserved populations
Preferred: - Prior experience in outpatient hematology-oncology practice
