- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Current BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a team-oriented environment
