Job description

A well-established and growing cardiovascular practice in southeast Alabama is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a high-performing, collaborative team. The affiliated regional referral medical center is a 420-bed Level II trauma center and offers one of the most comprehensive cardiovascular programs in the region ranking in the Top 10% nationally for patient safety in heart attack, interventional coronary, and vascular care.

Practice Highlights:
  • Join a robust team that includes interventional and non-invasive cardiologists, structural heart specialists, and advanced practice providers

  • State-of-the-art Cath Lab with 3 reading rooms

  • Clinic conveniently located within the hospital for easy access to Cath Lab, ICU, and procedural areas

  • Shared general cardiology call with 8 other cardiologists

  • 56 total ICU beds, including 14-bed CVICU/progressive care unit

  • Robust cardiac rehab program, including a pulmonary component

  • Monday Thursday clinic schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
