Pay & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $800,000 - $877,000 annually
  • Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: hourly rate as listed, compensation evaluated in annual package context)

What You ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Perform elective spine procedures and general neurosurgical interventions
  • Manage trauma cases at a Level 3 trauma facility
  • Collaborate with an established team of one neurosurgeon and four APPs
  • Participate in clinic activities, imaging reviews, and minimally in-person ER call duties
  • Utilize advanced neuro-navigation tools, including Globus Robot and Stryker systems
  • Document patient care efficiently within the EPIC EMR system
  • Engage in community outreach and build relationships within an underserved community

What You Need
  • Must have or be eligible for licensure in Colorado
  • Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) through ABNS
  • Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
  • Experience or interest in elective spine surgery highly preferred
