POSITION SUMMARY
This role supports a pain management service within a hospital based clinical setting. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with chronic pain conditions while working within a structured model that allows physicians to focus exclusively on clinical care. The position features a consistent schedule with no call, evening, weekend, or holiday duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and/or Pain Medicine.
• Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Clinical background in Pain Medicine.
• Completion of a pain fellowship program.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
COMPETENCIES
• Skill in assessing and managing chronic pain conditions.
• Ability to practice within a multidisciplinary pain management framework.
• Capacity to provide care in a hospital based pain center.
• Effective communication with patients and clinical staff.
