What You ll Do:
- Provide outpatient orthopedic care for adult patients
- Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow-up visits
- Perform or assist with surgical procedures as applicable
- Collaborate with a dedicated team including a nurse and receptionist
- Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
- Contribute to trauma level I facility operations (minimal inpatient care)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outpatient programs
What You Need:
- Valid medical license to practice in Ohio
- Board-certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to relocate or commute within 40 miles of Ashtabula
- Open to H-1B visa candidates
