What You ll Do: - Provide outpatient and some inpatient hematology and oncology care to adult patients
- Manage a patient census of around 22 patients daily, including new consults
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and care coordination
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
- Participate in treatment planning, follow-ups, and patient education
- Contribute to a dynamic outpatient clinic environment with minimal hospital duties
What You Need: - Valid Kentucky medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
