General Dentist Mississippi $360K plus Sign-on Partnership Track


Practice Overview:

  • Large Practice: 16 operatories w/ Modern Equipment
  • Patient Volume: High demand exceeds current staff capabilities
  • Schedule: 5-day Work Week
  • Experienced Team: Well-functioning support staff & team of providers

Compensation & Benefits:

  • First-year production goal: $840K - $1.2M with anticipated compensation of $300K+
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
  • Short/Long-term disability
  • 401k
  • CE Allowance: $1200/year
