o Required experience, training, and certifications:

  • Must be able to perform own veins

o Case Logs:

  • 75 in the last 12 months

o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:

  • Due to the tight turn around must have IMLC or MI license

o Credentialing Timeframe:

  • Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
