Providers should have a WA license and 1 year of experience to apply, or have a license in an Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) state.

Setting: Outpatient Community Clinic
Schedule: 5 8s, M-F
Patients Per Day: 18
EMR: Epic
Pay: Above market and negotiable!
