Job description

Coverage Needed:

  • August 2026 - ongoing
  • 24 hour shifts, 6a-6a
  • 24/hr shifts - will round from 7a-2p, then take admissions and do follow-ups, once done, will be on call until 7am the next day

    • 9/5-9/8
    • 9/30-10/3
    • 10/11
    • 10/28, 10/29
    • 12/17-12/25
    • 1/13-1/18
    • 1/23, 1/24
    • 1/30, 1/31

Clinical Details:

  • Open ICU
  • No procedures required
    • will attend C-section and deliver, but not perform them
  • Respond to codes and rapids
  • EMR: Epic
  • Nursery coverage, attendance at C-sections, general pediatrics care, and adult Internal Medicine coverage
  • Census: 6-8 patients plus 1-2 admissions
  • Prefer candidates who can manage ventilators
  • Can take call from hotel or stay on site
  • Mainly adults, but must be able to see peds

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Must have completed a residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
