Assignment Details
- Location: Central Pennsylvania
- Setting: Inpatient, OR, and Clinic
- Start Date: ASAP

Schedule
- Typically 2 long weekends per month
- Thursday 7:00 AM - Monday 7:00 AM coverage blocks
- 9-12 shifts per month
- Consecutive coverage blocks preferred
- 24-hour in-house call
- 30-minute response time
Clinical Details
- Adult cardiac surgery patient population
- Procedures include:
- CABG
- AVR
- MVR
- TAVR support
- Cardiac surgery call coverage
- Inpatient rounding, surgical cases, clinic responsibilities, orders, and discharges
- Weekday APP support available
Requirements
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Pennsylvania license or IMLC
- DEA required
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Bread-and-butter cardiac surgery experience required
