Requirements
  • Active Indiana License
  • Indiana DEA
  • Indiana CSR
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • BLS Required
  • Clean Background
  • No NPDB Concerns
Compensation
  • $450/hr Regular Hours
  • $470/hr Callback/Overtime
  • Travel Paid
