- Employment Type: Travel# RN - Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool Cleveland, Ohio Acute Care Hospital 13-Week Contract Assignment Night Shift Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join a Med/Surg/Telemetry Float Pool at a leading healthcare system in Cleveland, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, caring for diverse patient populations, and utilizing a broad range of clinical skills. Schedule 13-Week Contract Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) 36 Hours Per Week Every Other Weekend Required Holiday Rotation Required Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients Perform comprehensive patient assessments Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Float between designated units based on staffing and patient care needs Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record Maintain patient safety and quality care standards Requirements Active Ohio RN License Current AHA BLS Certification Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience Med/Surg and/or Telemetry experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to adapt to different patient care settings Preferred Qualifications Previous Float Pool experience Telemetry monitoring experience Acute Care Hospital experience Experience with EPIC EMR Why Apply?
