What You ll Do
- Deliver anesthetic care for diverse surgical and procedural cases
- Administer anesthesia independently and collaboratively within a Medically Directed model (1:3, max 1:4)
- Conduct preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia plans
- Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels, epidurals, and regional blocks (without blocks)
- Provide epidurals without physician present
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
- Document care accurately using Epic EMR
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
What You Need
Required: - PA RN license and CRNA certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
- Ability to perform regional, MAC, GETA, and US techniques
Preferred: - Experience with complex patient populations and trauma cases
