What You ll Do: - Provide OB/GYN coverage during scheduled shifts
- Manage 1-3 deliveries per shift on average
- Handle obstetric emergencies and routine gynecological care
- Consult on unassigned OB and GYN patients as needed
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system
What You Need: - Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN (AOBOG or ABOG)
- Valid AZ medical license or IMLC in hand
- DEA license
- At least 1 year of OB/GYN clinical experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle a busy hospital environment
About the Assignment:This position involves night coverage on a busy hospital s OB/GYN service, including deliveries, obstetric emergencies, and gynecological care. The hospital features 268 beds with Level 3 nursery capabilities and uses Cerner EMR. You'll be part of a dedicated team supporting the health and well-being of women and their families in Flagstaff.
