What You ll Do: - Provide outpatient Gastroenterology consultations and follow-up care
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including endoscopies and colonoscopies
- Manage patients with complex GI conditions and collaborate with support staff
- Assist with procedural scope, call coverage, and workflow management
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient education efforts
- Document patient encounters in Meditech EMR
- Follow established protocols for emergent and routine cases
What You Need: - Valid Kentucky Medical License and DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Gastroenterology
- Proficiency in endoscopic procedures and patient care management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
