  • Family Medicine, Physician
  • Start As soon as credentialed
  • Duration: 6+ months
  • Shifts: Clinic hours Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with 1 weekend on call per month Friday through Sunday 7am to 7am each day, and intermittent weekday call coverage approximately 1 day per week 7am to 7am
  • Inpatient, Outpatient
  • Wisconsin state medical license is required. Board certification is required with minimum eligibility accepted. Temporary privileges are available with an estimated credentialing time of 90 days.
