• Start ASAP Long Term Assignment
• Dates:
  • 8/3 8/7

• Shifts Available
  • Day Shift
  • 1 2 Nights of Weeknight Call
  • 1 weekend a month of 24-hour call
• STEMI Call Required
  • Average of 6 STEMI activations per month
• Procedures:
  • Cardiac Cath
  • Interventional Cath
  • Cardioversion
  • TEE
  • Temp Pacemaker
  • Nuclear Stress Test
  • Diagnostic Heart Catheterizations
  • Coronary Interventions (PCI)
  • STEMI Intervention
  • Radial Access Procedures
  • Femoral Access Procedures (Intra-Aortic Pump)
  • Echocardiogram Reads
  • EKG
• Vascular reads are a plus but is not required
• Must have 24 months of case logs

Qualifications

• Board Certified
• Must have an active Indiana Licensure
  • Active IMLC will be considered, but active Indiana licensure will take priority
• Experience: 2 years
• Case Logs: 24 Months
• Clean MedMal
• ACLS
