Pediatrician Outpatient Only

$200,000 Base + Bonus Strong Work-Life Balance Georgia Locations

Locations: Rome, Cedartown, Trion, Cartersville

Compensation Snapshot
  • Guaranteed Base Salary: $200,000
  • Monthly Bonus: $800 $1,200 ( $12,000 annually)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
  • Relocation Assistance: 100%
  • Estimated First-Year Earnings: $215,500
  • Annual Raise: $1,500 guaranteed
Schedule & Shifts
  • Monday Friday Schedule
  • Only 1 Saturday per month (short half-day)
  • No Sundays Ever
  • No Hospital Rounds / No Inpatient / No ER Coverage

Call Structure (Low Impact)
  • 1:8 rotation
  • Phone-only call
  • Calls are pre-screened by a pediatric call center
    You re backup only, not first line
