  • Beeper, 30min response time
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
  • Patient Volume: 2-3
  • Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 office/staff
  • EMR: HMS Med Host and CPOE
  • Requirements: AZ license or IMLC, BC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Credentialing: 30 days
