The facility is offering a primarily outpatient noninvasive cardiology locums role within a collaborative multi-specialty medical group, focused on high-quality patient care, diagnostic cardiology services, and continuity of care in a well-supported clinical environment with no call obligations and strong referral network support.

- Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1 currently but they are retiring in October. We partner with a local hospital to assist with ECHO and EKG reads

- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months but can do it sooner if needed
Submission Requirements
- Board certified or board Eligible in Cardiology- REQUIRED
- If board eligible kindly state date of graduation is - REQUIRED
- Current Vermont License (or willingness to obtain if applicable) REQUIRED
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exceptions, required at presentation
- CPR - (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED no exceptions
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - REQUIRED no exceptions
- CPR for Healthcare providers - REQUIRED
