Job Title: Locum - Physician - Interventional Cardiology Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform an average of 5 consults if on general call, with 2-6 coronary angiograms per day.
- Focus on patients aged 18 and older.
- Manage a patient clinic volume of 14-16 patients/day with 30-minute appointment slots.
- Follow your own patients until sign-off.
- Collaborate with 3 general cardiologists, 2 interventional cardiologists, and 1 nurse practitioner.
- Engage with fully staffed office support, including 1 medical assistant per provider.
- Handle inpatient anesthesia support as needed and rely on hospitalists for all admissions.
- Perform interventional procedures including PCI and diagnostic caths, and cover STEMI cases.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: BC or truly BE in Interventional Cardiology Required
- Fellowship/Residency in Interventional Cardiology Required
- Clean malpractice record Required for emergency privileges.
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation Required
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Oregon medical license Required
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and DEA Required
