POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides urologic care within The Department as part of a multidisciplinary clinical group. Responsibilities include delivering patient centered services across assigned care settings and contributing to high quality clinical operations within a collaborative environment. The role supports the organization s broader regional network and participates in activities aligned with departmental standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Urology.
• Residency training in urology.
• Clinical background in Urology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Florida.
• Ability to participate in multidisciplinary clinical care activities.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to manage a broad range of urologic conditions in assigned patient populations.
• Skill in conducting urologic evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams across the regional network.
• Capacity to support patient centered care in outpatient and hospital based settings.

WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice
• Multidisciplinary urology team providing care across hospital based and outpatient sites.
• Engagement in patient centered clinical operations within the regional network.
• Use of modern diagnostic tools and industry standard EMR.
• Collaboration with nursing, advanced practice, and allied health staff.
• Participation in departmental and organizational activities supporting clinical quality.
