Key Details- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens- Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Hospital- Start Date: July 27, 2026- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Call: Nights and 2 weekends/month- Patient Population: Adult Hematology & Oncology- Location: Ephrata, PA- Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

Job Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care in adult hematology and oncology- Manage a patient panel with 60% hematology and 40% oncology cases- Participate in disease-specific and general tumor boards- Collaborate with a supportive team including 1.3 onsite hem/onc physicians, 3 APPs, and an onsite pharmacist
Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology- DEA required- Minimum 1 year of experience- Must have PA license or qualify for IMLC- Experience with EMR system EPIC
Working Hours- Full-time, 5 clinic days per week, 8-hour shifts- Weeknight call from 4:15 PM - 8:00 AM- Weekend call 24-hour coverage, including 2 hours gratis rounding
Skills- Proficient in managing solid tumor oncology, benign and malignant hematology- Ability to work efficiently in both clinic and hospital settings- Strong communication skills for patient interactions and collaboration with the healthcare team- Familiarity with infusion and treatment processes
