Job Title: Locum Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hematology and oncology care primarily in an inpatient setting, with some outpatient responsibilities.
- Oversee a Nurse Practitioner in treatment plans and patient management.
- Enroll patients in ongoing research studies.
- Manage call coverage during designated weeks.
- Document patient encounters and treatment in EPIC EMR.
- Work collaboratively with a small team of physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology - REQUIRED
- Active Virginia medical license - REQUIRED
- Current BLS certification - REQUIRED
- Clean background check; must submit a NPDB report during the application process - REQUIRED
- Self-Query NPDB report required at the time of presentation (should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Active Virginia Medical License
- BLS Certification
