Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a growing concierge primary care practice. This role offers physicians the opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized healthcare focused on preventive medicine, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care services to a concierge patient panel.
Build and manage a patient panel of approximately 200+ patients.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
Deliver evidence-based preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Coordinate care with specialists and external healthcare providers when needed.
Provide timely accessibility for urgent patient concerns.
Schedule:Monday - Friday outpatient clinic schedule.
Flexible scheduling model.
Rare weekend patient visits as needed.
No formal inpatient responsibilities.
Shared physician coverage during vacations and time off.
Concierge model with relationship-based patient care.
Patient Population:Adult patients.
Longitudinal primary care management.
Preventive medicine and wellness-focused care.
Chronic disease management.
Qualifications:Required:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active or eligible medical license.
Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
Preferred:Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, or membership-based primary care.
Interest in lifestyle medicine, wellness, and preventive care.
Experience managing chronic conditions through relationship-based care.

Mature practice compensation potential:
Base salary: $325,000
Bonus opportunity: $50,000+
