Concierge Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Medicine)

Facility Setting: Outpatient Concierge Primary Care Practice
Patient Panel: Approximately 200-250 patients per physician
Schedule-
Monday-Friday
Flexible physician schedule
Rare weekend patient visits as needed
No inpatient responsibilities
Shared physician coverage during PTO and vacations
Concierge model with availability for urgent patient needs
Position Overview-
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a growing concierge primary care practice focused on personalized, relationship-based healthcare. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who value preventive medicine, long-term patient relationships, and delivering high-quality care in a low-volume, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities-
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Build and manage a concierge patient panel
Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
Coordinate care with specialists and referral networks
Address urgent patient healthcare needs
Qualifications-
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active or eligible state medical license
Ability to obtain hospital privileges
Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
Concierge medicine or executive health experience preferred
Interest in lifestyle medicine, wellness, and preventive care preferred
Experience-
Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience required
Longitudinal patient care experience strongly preferred
New graduates are not eligible
