- Location: Gainesville, GA
- Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p (lunch 12-1p)
- Support Staff: 2 DAs & 1 RDH
- 7 Operatories
- Payor Mix: 100% PPO (no Medicaid)
- Patients per day: 11 Patients/day
- Procedures: Seeking a provider comfortable with implants, endodontics, and extractions, in addition to general restorative procedures
Compensation
- Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
- Earning Potential: $250k+

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
