Here are some of the details.
Location: Near Myrtle Beach, SC.
Schedule: 24 hr. on-call
Practice Details: Rounding on In-Patients, performing procedures as needed, and responding to consults as called upon. Standard urology procedures include stone care, stents, caths, cystoscopes, torsions (pediatrics included), incidental appendectomy, adrenal surgery, hernia repair, endourology procedures, hand assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy, etc. MUST be comfortable with trauma/open procedures i.e. gunshot wounds that involve kidneys or testicles, stab wounds, bladder repair, etc.
Setting: Inpatient, Hospital; EMR: EPIC
Certifications/License: Active SC license, CSR, DEA (permanently registered in SC, and BC.
Malpractice, travel, and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf.
