Clinic Hours Outpatient ASAP
We are actively hiring for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing locums opportunity in Crescent City, California.
Opportunity Details:- ASAP start available
- Ongoing assignment
- Outpatient / Family Practice setting
- Monday - Friday schedule
- 8am 5pm , 10 hour shifts available
- Epic EMR
- Adult and pediatric patient mix
- Approximately 18 patients per day
- Flexible coverage discussions available
Requirements:- Active CA license
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Family Practice / Primary Care experience
- Active DEA prior to start
- Chronic pain management experience preferred
- Experience in a similar outpatient or panel management setting preferred
