Physiatry/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

A private medical practice is seeking a part-time Physiatrist for their outpatient locations in Bergen County, NJ. About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 2-3 days/week; no call and no weekends
• Setting: 100% outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Conduct new/established patient evaluations
• Refer for diagnostic X-rays and/or MRIs
• Develop treatment plans as indicated such as Physical Therapy and medication prescriptions
• Joint/Soft-tissue injections with/without ultrasound
• Surgical/Specialist Referrals
• Electrodiagnostic testing
• Perform or Refer for Interventional Pain/Spine Procedures
• Document with Electronic Health Records, etc.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree
• Active New Jersey Medical License
• Board Certified/Eligible with American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
