  • DATES & Schedule (call): Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm), 1hr Lunch (12:00pm-1:00pm)
  • TARGET START DATE: June 18th, 2026

  • Direct Patient Care for Rheumatology patients scheduled in Epic
  • Role is entirely clinic based, However, because we are classified as a "hospital outpatient department", This requires APPs to be credentialed with hospital.
