Job description

  • Location: Tyler, TX
  • Duration: August 2026 January 2027
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
  • Scope: 100% outpatient
  • Volume: 20-25 patients/day
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Support: Full office support staff; 1 FTE retiring in June
  • Requirements: Board-certified, active TX license (IMLC considered), clean background preferred
  • Rates: Open to negotiation
  • Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
  • Malpractice: Covered
  • Travel & Housing: Covered
  • Orientation: First day onsite (remote EMR training available before first day)
