Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician Locums Job in Illinois M-F Clinic/OR + Call Beginning ASAP - Ongoing Assignment Shift Description Monday-Friday clinic or OR schedule 1 week per month
Includes night call coverage M-F
Onsite weekday orientation required prior to first assignment (typically 8:30a-5p)
Orientation includes administrative paperwork and EPIC training
Estimated Credentialing Time: 90 days
Requirements Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery
Active Illinois license
BLS certification
Fellowship in Head/Neck Surgical Oncology or Rhinology/Sinus - Preferred
Clean malpractice history - Highly Preferred
Procedures Required Standard ENT surgical procedures
In-office scopes, biopsies, ear tubes for adults
Assignment Details Number of Physicians in Department: 2 Full-Time + 1 Part-Time
Support Staff: 2 RN, 3 MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 Receptionists
Patient population varies
Average cases per day: 10-14
Trauma Level: 2
EMR: EPIC
