Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Coverage Details:

• Start Date: August 2026

• Call-only coverage
• 24-hour beeper call (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
• 7 15 shifts per month
• Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
• EMR: Epic
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days

Requirements:

• Active California license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 5 years of residency)
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required

Additional Details:

• This is strictly a STEMI call position
• Providers can expect approximately 9 18 STEMI cases per month
• Occasional emergent cases may arise, with non-urgent cases typically managed by Cardiology
• 2 APPs provide support
• Interview availability within the next two weeks is requested
• Teams interview with hospital leadership and a physician representative
