UROLOGY

POSITION SUMMARY

The Department seeks a urology specialist to join a multidisciplinary team providing surgical and outpatient urologic care. The role includes a balanced clinical schedule with reduced call responsibilities supported by an acute urology service. The position offers collaboration with experienced physicians and advanced practitioners, access to modern procedural technology, and a mix of clinic visits and office based procedures.



QUALIFICATIONS

• Board eligible or board certified in Urology.
• Residency training in urology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Oregon.
• Interest in team based urologic care.
• Ability to provide patient centered clinical services across outpatient and procedural settings.



COMPETENCIES

• Ability to evaluate and manage a broad range of urologic conditions.
• Skill in performing office based procedures and managing new and established patients.
• Capacity to collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinical support staff.
• Commitment to high quality specialty care.
• Ability to support clinical operations within a multispecialty environment.



WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT

Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice; Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
• Urologic care delivered across outpatient clinics, procedural settings, and hospital environments.
• Collaboration with a team of physicians, acute care urologists, and advanced practitioners.
• Reduced call responsibilities supported by an acute urology service.
• Access to modern surgical technology and diagnostic tools.
• Use of industry standard EMR systems.
