Neonatal - Perinatal Medicine Physician

Position Details:

• Additional coverage needed approximately 1 week per month
  
• Level IIIA NICU setting
  
• 16-bed NICU (can expand up to 20 beds)
  
• Average daily census: 9 11 infants
  
• Outpatient clinic 1 day per week (up to 7 patients)
  
• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM in-house schedule
  
• Out-of-house call with 20-minute response time
  
• Epic EMR

Support Staff:

• One full-time Neonatologist
  
• Five mid-level providers providing in-house 24/7 support

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC required
  
• Hospital privileges required
  
• Comfortable with NICU rounds and concurrent outpatient clinic coverage

Additional Information:

• Hospital-based NICU practice
  
• No pediatric patient coverage required outside NICU
