Physiatrist (PM&R) Northwest Indiana / Chicago Suburbs

• Full-time employed PM&R role with established health system
• Outpatient focus with inpatient coverage as needed
• Monday Friday schedule with admin time
• 1:4 weekend call/rounding rotation
• EMGs, Botox, pain procedures, stroke/TBI, ortho rehab
