Job description

  • Top-rated RTC located just one hour north of Philadelphia
  • Longstanding, supportive private charity seeks FT Pediatrician
  • Treating patients ages 8-18 in residential treatment facility
  • This is primarily an IN PERSON role ( not tele-psych )
  • However, some work from home days may be possible for best fit
  • Treating 5-10 patients per day
  • Flexible times dictated by provider for reach of these appointments
  • Work 5x8s or 4x10s weekly, flexible schedule is possible
  • Robust team includes MDs, pediatric consultants handle physical meds
  • Family clinicians, therapists, residential staff, nursing, case managers, etc.
  • Stipend for DEA, CME, licensure via professional development fund
  • Generous time off: 4 weeks vacation, 7 personal, 15 sick, 6 paid holidays
  • Base $175,000 - $200,000 + full benefits + relocation up to $7,500
  • Shared on call is paid extra and adds approximately $15K-$20K to base
